Today we celebrate Europe Day! Over 70 years ago, the Schuhman Declaration had been signed. This declaration created the European Coal and Steel Community and was the first foundation for the European Union. Through this cooperative community, many projects and programmes have been created, such as H2020, which is a research and industry-funding programme. PandeVITA - Data Security

Nowadays, data security is becoming more and more important in the course of digitalisation. Because data protection is the right of every citizen, on 25 May 2018 the EU-wide General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) was established. Data security must also be guaranteed for #COVID-19 tracking apps. We are aware of the importance of European data protection and will implement these regulations in our #PandeVITA app.

PandeVITA - The impact of the COVID-19 crisis on women's live

The last years have been marked by COVID-19, which had an impact on all people. However, UN Secretary-General António Guterres pointed out the gender-specific differences between women and men: "Early data indicates that the mortality rates from COVID-19 may be higher for men. But the pandemic is having devastating social and economic consequences for women and girls." Based on the assumption that country, society, socio-economic conditions and similar factors affect people differently during the pandemic, the studies conducted by PandeVITA have shown that the actions taken during the pandemic affected women and men differently. Responsibilities and obligations that social life entails, as well as duties and tasks in business life, are different for the sexes. In this video you will see the results of PandeVITA about the impact of the COVID-19 crisis on women's live.
